{"id":22605,"date":"2018-07-03T10:20:16","date_gmt":"2018-07-03T09:20:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vergnet-hydro.com\/vh\/?p=22605"},"modified":"2021-12-29T10:38:17","modified_gmt":"2021-12-29T09:38:17","slug":"guinee-potabiliser-eaux-de-surface-alimenter-60000-villageois","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vergnet-hydro.com\/vh\/guinee-potabiliser-eaux-de-surface-alimenter-60000-villageois\/","title":{"rendered":"GUINEE: Potabiliser des eaux de surface pour alimenter plus de 60 000 villageois"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Une premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience dans la valorisation des eaux de surface<\/h2>\n<p>Le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Minist%C3%A8re-de-lEnergie-et-de-lHydraulique-Guin%C3%A9e-335378016664886\">Minist\u00e8re de l&#8217;\u00c9nergie et de l&#8217;Hydraulique de la R\u00e9publique de Guin\u00e9e<\/a><\/strong> vient d\u2019attribuer au <strong>groupement associant les entreprises <a href=\"https:\/\/hydropur.be\">ALTECH SAFS<\/a> <\/strong>(Li\u00e8ge, Belgique) <strong>et VERGNET HYDRO<\/strong> (filiale du groupe ODIAL SOLUTIONS, Orl\u00e9ans, France) un <strong>march\u00e9 d\u2019approvisionnement en eau potable pour plus de 60 000 villageois<\/strong> appartenant \u00e0 120 communaut\u00e9s rurales isol\u00e9es et diss\u00e9min\u00e9es sur l\u2019ensemble des 8 r\u00e9gions administratives guin\u00e9ennes. Les 120 sites seront op\u00e9rationnels <strong>d\u2019ici juillet 2021<\/strong>. <em>\u00ab Ce projet est la <strong>toute premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience de VERGNET HYDRO<\/strong>, acteur historique du pompage des eaux souterraines et de l\u2019adduction d\u2019eau potable en Afrique Subsaharienne, <strong>dans la valorisation des eaux de surface<\/strong> \u00bb<\/em>, se f\u00e9licite <strong>Thierry BARBOTTE<\/strong>, <strong>Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de VERGNET HYDRO<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pourquoi traiter des eaux de surface (puits villageois, rivi\u00e8res, marais, etc.) plut\u00f4t que d\u2019exploiter des eaux souterraines, qui n\u00e9cessiteraient naturellement moins de traitements ? Tout simplement parce que la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019effectuer un forage sur chacun de ces 120 sites a d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 rejet\u00e9e. <em>\u00ab Soit ces villages sont <strong>inaccessibles aux \u00e9quipements qui permettraient de r\u00e9aliser des forages<\/strong>, car ils sont tr\u00e8s isol\u00e9s et leurs voies d\u2019acc\u00e8s sont trop complexes, soit leurs <strong>caract\u00e9ristiques hydrog\u00e9ologiques ne permettent pas d\u2019effectuer des forages \u00e9quip\u00e9s de pompes \u00e0 motricit\u00e9 humaine<\/strong>, voire de r\u00e9aliser des forages \u00bb,<\/em> pr\u00e9cise <strong>Baptiste GADENNE, charg\u00e9 d\u2019affaires de VERGNET HYDRO<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>120 stations de traitement HYDROPUR<\/h3>\n<p>Des <strong>stations de traitement HYDROPUR<\/strong>, <strong>con\u00e7ues et fabriqu\u00e9es par ALTECH SAFS<\/strong> et dont 20 exemplaires sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 en fonctionnement en Guin\u00e9e, vont \u00eatre mises en place sur chacun des 120 sites pour potabiliser ces eaux de surface. Les installations HYDROPUR occupent une vingtaine de m\u00b2 et conjuguent les techniques de <strong>traitement par coagulation, floculation, d\u00e9sinfection par eau de javel, puis filtrations sur sable et charbon actif<\/strong>. Chacune des stations peut traiter de 1 \u00e0 2 m3 par heure, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire alimenter de 250 \u00e0 1000 personnes. <em>\u00ab Les principaux avantages d\u2019une station HYDROPUR sont l&#8217;<strong>autonomie<\/strong>, car le traitement se fait de fa\u00e7on gravitaire, sa <strong>robustesse<\/strong>, car sa structure est en acier inoxydable, et sa <strong>simplicit\u00e9 de maintenance<\/strong> \u00bb<\/em>, ajoute <strong>Claude LOMBART, Administrateur d\u2019ALTECH SAFS.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans ce projet, VERGNET HYDRO d\u00e9termine, am\u00e9nage et \u00e9quipe les points de captage des eaux de surface, \u00e9tablit les positionnements des HYDROPUR, organise les modalit\u00e9s d\u2019acc\u00e8s logistiques aux sites pour l\u2019ensemble des \u00e9quipements, met en place les dispositifs d\u2019acheminements des eaux collect\u00e9es vers les stations (pompage, adduction, champ solaire, etc.), et coordonne la construction de la plateforme d\u2019installation des HYDROPUR. <em>\u00ab Compte tenu de l\u2019isolement des sites et des estimations des volumes d\u2019eau attendus sur chacun d\u2019entre eux (moyenne de 8 m3 \u00e0 10 m\u00b3 par jour), <strong>nous avons convenu d\u2019acheminer syst\u00e9matiquement les eaux de surface vers les stations par du pompage solaire<\/strong> \u00bb<\/em>, explique <strong>Jo\u00ebl MENAGER, Charg\u00e9 de projets de VERGNET HYDRO<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_22660\" style=\"width: 810px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-22660\" class=\"size-full wp-image-22660\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vergnet-hydro.com\/vh\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Guinee_Potabiliser_eaux_surface_60000_villageois2.jpg\" alt=\"Artisans guin\u00e9ens installant une unit\u00e9 HYDROPUR. Quel que soit le site, il s\u2019agit en tout premier lieu d\u2019\u00e9tablir les points de captage et de traitement (et, de fait, de distribution) de l\u2019eau. <em>\u00ab Avant de relever les caract\u00e9ristiques techniques propres \u00e0 chaque site (topographie, g\u00e9ologie, hydrologie, position des villages par rapport aux sources d\u2019eaux, zones agricoles et\/ou foresti\u00e8res \u00e0 ne pas perturber, etc.), nous irons bien s\u00fbr au contact des populations pour int\u00e9grer leurs attentes et habitudes. <strong>Le respect et la bonne conduite de cette phase pr\u00e9alable d\u2019interm\u00e9diation sociale est indispensable \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite d\u2019un tel projet<\/strong> \u00bb<\/em>, r\u00e9sume Baptiste GADENNE. Les travaux seront ensuite r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en <strong>partenariat avec la PME guin\u00e9enne ENTREPRISE VERGNET GUINEE<\/strong> (Kindia, R\u00e9publique de Guin\u00e9e), partenaire historique de VERGNET HYDRO sur le territoire, et en \u00e9troite <strong>concertation avec la Direction Nationale de l\u2019Hydraulique<\/strong> (Minist\u00e8re de l&#8217;\u00c9nergie et de l&#8217;Hydraulique de la R\u00e9publique de Guin\u00e9e), ma\u00eetre d\u2019ouvrage d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 pour ce projet.<\/p>\n<p>Pour assurer la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 des installations, le groupement va mettre en place <strong>un r\u00e9seau d\u2019artisans r\u00e9parateurs<\/strong> et <strong>des points de distribution de pi\u00e8ces de Service Apr\u00e8s-Vente (SAV)<\/strong>, suivant le mod\u00e8le de SAV des produits de VERGNET HYDRO. Les associations d\u2019usagers de ces points d\u2019eau pourront en effet compter sur les comp\u00e9tences d\u2019artisans r\u00e9parateurs locaux, agr\u00e9\u00e9s et form\u00e9s pour assurer les maintenances et les r\u00e9parations de leurs installations : renouvellement des consommables de traitement, maintenance des \u00e9quipements, etc. Le projet pr\u00e9voit donc un cons\u00e9quent volet de formation pour ces artisans r\u00e9parateurs.<strong><em> \u00ab La proximit\u00e9 et la qualification de ces artisans r\u00e9parateurs garantissent un SAV r\u00e9actif et efficace \u00bb<\/em><\/strong>, souligne <strong>Adama DIALLO, Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u2019ENTREPRISE VERGNET GUINEE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Le transfert de la technologie HYDROPUR<\/h3>\n<p>Le volet \u00ab formation \u00bb du projet comprend aussi la <strong>structuration des associations d\u2019usagers en Unit\u00e9s de Gestion des Services Publics de l\u2019Eau (UGSPE)<\/strong>. Des villageois seront en effet form\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019entretien courant d\u2019une HYDROPUR et accompagn\u00e9s dans l\u2019organisation de cette gestion coll\u00e9giale et r\u00e9guli\u00e8re. <em>\u00ab Fondamentalement, ce projet a l\u2019ambition de transf\u00e9rer la technologie HYDROPUR en Guin\u00e9e. Non seulement nous allons former des techniciens locaux \u00e0 l\u2019installation et \u00e0 la gestion des HYDROPUR, mais nous allons aussi <strong>implanter graduellement en Guin\u00e9e la production de l\u2019ensemble des pi\u00e8ces des stations de potabilisation<\/strong> \u00bb<\/em>, s\u2019enthousiasme Claude LOMBART.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet est financ\u00e9 par un <strong>pr\u00eat sans int\u00e9r\u00eat du <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gouvernement-federal.be\/fr\">gouvernement belge<\/a> au <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gouvernement.gov.gn\">gouvernement guin\u00e9en<\/a><\/strong>.
