Il s\u2019assure \u00e9galement de l&#8217;implication des communaut\u00e9s et des b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires dans la conception, l&#8217;ex\u00e9cution et la supervision des missions.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Lorsque les communaut\u00e9s ou les \u00e9coles atteignent les normes d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne attendues au regard des objectifs \u00e9tablis avec le gouvernement et l\u2019Unicef, elles sont attest\u00e9es <strong>&#8220;villages propres&#8221; ou &#8220;\u00e9coles propres&#8221;<\/strong>. Pour atteindre ce niveau, 90 % de la communaut\u00e9 doit avoir des latrines familiales, un comit\u00e9 de sant\u00e9 local et une source s\u00fbre d\u2019eau potable (comme un forage \u00e9quip\u00e9 de pompe manuelle) .<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de son expertise en adduction d&#8217;eau potable, Vergnet Hydro a d\u00e9j\u00e0 fourni pr\u00e8s de <strong>2 000 pompes manuelles<\/strong> dans le cadre
